New Program Connector Coordinator at ESREN
Eastern-Strait Regional Enterprise Network is pleased to announce the partnership with the National Connector Program and give a warm welcome Matthew Berrigan as the new Program Connector Coordinator. Matthew is an Acadia University graduate with several years of experience in facilitating, program planning, and implementation and promotions. At Acadia Matthew was heavily involved within his community, a member of the men’s Varsity soccer team, and loved volunteering.
As Program Coordinator, Matthew will be working closely with established business leaders and community leaders (Connectors) to help employment-ready workers (Connectees) build professional Networks within their community. The Connector Program provides Conectees an opportunity to learn about the local job market, talk about goals, and ask advice from executives within their professional field. Through one-on-one meetings, the Connector gains access to a wealth of diverse, pre-qualified talent while Connectees gain insight into their professional field.
